Located in New York City, Mt. Sinai Hospital hosts the annual Complex Coronary, Valvular and Vascular Cases Symposium (CCVVC). Starting in 2011, Advance Concepts revolutionized the CCVVC meeting with a new ultra-widescreen format. The multi-window screen design brought together live cases from the onsite operating rooms as well as international locations, alongside traditional slide presentations. Each year has posed unique challenges such as creating organic, non-traditional meeting spaces within a high-traffic lobby location or outdoor enclosed tent. ACI's team met each challenge with seamless meeting and facutly support, surpassing client expectations.
